Beaux Soleil is a new seven-bedroom beachfront home in Destin that accommodates up to 16 privileged guests on the scenic gulf – very close to the Destin/Miramar Beach town line. This impressive location is close to everything fun in both places. It shares this paramount beachfront location with a stately matching six bedroom home right next door named La Mer, which accommodates 16 additional guests and offers a second Living Room on the 4th floor. Both of these beachfront homes may be rented together, which is known as Mer Le Soleil. The two homes share the covered parking on the first floor.
This 3,975 square-foot gulf front home is perfect for a beach reunion among friends and family since guest quarters are located on three different levels. It was masterfully designed for entertainment with gracious, spacious accommodations and includes four sets of balconies overlooking the glowing emerald toned gulf.
The first floor has an entry foyer and a covered beach balcony deck with a refreshing 6′ x 12′ private pool.
Stairs lead up to the second-floor level which features the elegant open living, dining and kitchen areas. This big room has urbane décor that includes comfortable contemporary furnishings with some fashionable Mid Century Modern Vintage flair. Multiple windows, high ceilings and a triple set of double glass balcony doors give it a bright ambiance. A dove gray couch with a matching cubically styled armchair and two curved accent chairs provide a lovely seating ensemble that faces a modern white credenza with gray zigzag stripes. A large wall-mounted TV above it provides entertainment. The gulf view dining area has a long sleek rectangular table, and eight raised crescent backed contemporary styled chairs that sit beneath a 21st century candle chandelier. The balcony has a grill, table, and seating for eight more for outdoor dining while enjoying the spectacular seascape and soothing surf sounds. Six urban styled stools sit beside a bright white bar facing the open state of the art kitchen, which features gleaming stainless steel appliances. A Guest Bedroom on this level has a queen sized bed with access to a full bath while a half bath serves as a powder room.
There are gulf front Master Bedrooms on both the third and top floor levels with king sized beds, full en suite luxury baths, and private beach balconies. Both levels also feature Guest Bedrooms with queen-sized beds and plush Bunk Rooms with their own private bathrooms.
This fantastic location is very close to gulf front restaurants and fun friendly beach bars along this scenic route. In fact, you can walk to the long-established iconic Captain Dave’s which is right next door and the famous Crab Trap is just a short stroll down the beach. Towards the west, it is only about five minutes away from grocery stores, wine outlets and the giant Destin Commons retail complex – which has been voted as one of the area’s favorite shopping destinations. Going east along Scenic Gulf Drive into Miramar Beach you are close to shopping at the Silver Sands Premium Outlets, which is one of the nations’ largest discount designer centers. The charming French Quarter-inspired Village of Baytowne Wharf and upscale Grand Boulevard are minutes away at Sandestin. Both feature restaurants of all kinds, lively bars, specialty shops, boutiques, free concerts, and fun festivals.

Once you book this home we will take it off the market for you. There will be no refunds, however, we can work with you to rebook if possible. For guests who desire greater coverage, guest can contact CSA or another travel insurance company.
Additional Parking: If you have more than four cars, there is a public parking lot about 50 yards west of the house, across the street. The parking lot has 13 parking spots available, and parking can be paid for using a City-designated app.
