Great house!!!
This is our 4th year staying at Beaux Soleil. House looks nicer each year. There are 7 couples and we rotate rooms each year and every one of them are comfortable spacious and have their own nice updated bathroom. We eat in most nights and kitchen is well stocked. We are already planning for our 11th annual “Adult fall break” and we will for be back for sure!!

JUST INCREDIBLE—can’t say enough about this amazing place & experience!
We booked this gorgeous home and loved it so much, we even stayed an extra 2 nights. We had the best experience from the very beginning. Mark was wonderful with communication during the booking process and throughout our stay. We met Andrew at check-in, and he was nothing short of amazing as well. We were kindly greeted with treats which was a hit with all of us after our long drive from Savannah.
I am a Realtor in Savannah, Georgia- so I have seen many homes in my career. This place is the BEST of both worlds. Not only is it right on the beach, but a quick golf cart ride gets you to all the shopping you can imagine. We really loved how many places in the house had a view! We (especially I) enjoyed waking up and ending our evenings on the balconies that proudly display the blue water, sounds of the waves, and amazing sunsets. The living spaces are wonderful and open, the decor/furnishings were spectacular and VERY well chosen (beautiful pieces from one of my most favorite companies: Georgia & Lulu), and the functionality of the entire home was carefully thought out and appreciated. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and the closet space in the bedrooms were exceptional.
Having private beach access WITH chairs already set up made life 100X easier and we were able to make so many more stress-free memories because of this! BONUS: There is a laundry room on both floors which made the daunting task of “laundry on vacation” a breeze.
We planned on eating out most of our trip (because who really wants to cook on vacation) until we saw how easy cooking was going to be. Everything we needed was already there- pots, pans, cooking utensils, grilling accessories, etc. We loved the home so much that we decided to make lots of memories within the kitchen, grill, and around the dining room table. The kids enjoyed the home equally as much. They felt so comfortable and mentioned feeling “at home” many times. The private dipping pool with beach views really topped everything off for us.
Anytime I had a question, Mark & Andrew were on top it. Their commitment and efforts are simply the best. The owners of this home couldn’t have chosen a better team to ensure their guests have the best experience possible. A HUGE THANK-YOU to Mark, Andrew, their crew, and the wonderful owners of this home for giving us an unforgettable vacation! This will definitely be a tradition for us and we are excited to make lifelong memories for years to come with you guys!

Great trip!
The property was just as it was described. The location right on the beach was wonderful for easy access as well as quick trips back to the house. The neighborhood was great and it was close to everything. The floor plan worked very well for our group of 10. Each family got their own floor. Loved having 2 washer and dryer sets. Property manager was quick with replying to me and fixing all issues that came up. Only issue we had was the elevator was not working during our stay which was not that big of a deal but would have been helpful for carrying luggage in and out. 4 floors is a lot of steps!

Excellent property and location
We stayed in Beaux Soleil in August 2021. The spacious home has an excellent location, right on a private stretch of beach (though many beach goers didn’t respect the signage). The house is very well maintained and was well cleaned for us when we arrived. The property manager Andrew was responsive each time I reached out. Everything was very easy with this house and we would happily stay here again.

We stayed here mid-June 2021.
This condo was perfect for our large family group, consisting of 4 families & 2 grandparents. It provided us a nice, updated, clean space where we could all be together under the same roof. And yet there was ample space for everyone to have privacy & be comfortable. It really was clean & well-maintained with nice upgraded features like the separate ice maker & filtered water system that made things even more accommodating for us. The many bathrooms & 2 laundry areas were such great amenities that made things even more comfortable & convenient. The main floor having a bedroom with private bath really made things so easy on the grandparents, providing them with a room they could use easily without as many stairs to go up. It was a life-saver for us! The view & location are perfect! The kitchen is so spacious & there was plenty of seating across the big open space of the living, dining, and island-kitchen bar area for everyone to be in the same “room” all together, eating or hanging out. The balcony areas were nice with great seating & a beautiful view. Checking in was easy & the property manager went over things that were helpful to our stay. We had easy communication with the property manager while we were there & no real issues. We would definitely recommend this property to other people & would stay there again in the future!

It all comes down to the management, and they were great. Would’ve given management more stars if that were an option. Highly recommend the property.
